Duties

To support product engineering and new products and continuity of existing products, in research, and improvements 
Evaluate, execute, and release Engineering changes (SW & HW ECOs) in test equipment
Maintenance, monitoring and improvements to corrective maintenance for test equipment
Keep records of modifications to test fixtures
Properly record and manage the use of spare parts, tools and measuring equipment 
Maintain and/or procure up-to-date test team documentation
Development or modification of required fixtures 
Modify or develop necessary software code
Analysis/debug of complex test problems
Apply technical knowledge to solve electronic design problems until the root of the fault is found
Evaluation of EOL components – effects on the test plan
Ensure the correct transfer of test equipment
Evaluation of test equipment for validation of product coverage.
Evaluation of product and/or process performance based on statistical studies
Participation in the development of DFM, DFT, FMEA and CP
Participate in the Implementation and promotion of the Cx culture.
Propose at least 2 Kaizen projects per year
Job Requirements:
BE, Electronics, Mechatronics or related
Minimum experience 5 Years of work experience in the position of test engineer or electronic design engineer
English at 95% able to hold business conversations (professional fluent)
Basic knowledge in ICT or MDA tests.
Knowledge and analysis of failure in functional tests at the card and finished product level
Knowledge in tests such as Hi pot, Burn in, and Final Tests
Knowledge in operating systems such as Windows and office packaging
Knowledge in any language such as C, Visual Basic, Lab view, etc. to make basic modifications.
Knowledge in databases
Knowledge of radiofrequency theory and failure analysis
Reverse Engineering Techniques
Advanced fault analysis on test equipment
Interpretation of wiring sheets and schematics
Use of electronic measuring and testing instruments
Interpretation of test specifications and interaction with instruments for dashboards and electronic products based on their documentation
Analysis and failure reports with statistical methods 
Knowledge in repetitiveness and reproducibility studies for acceptance of test equipment (GR&R)
Project management, budgeting, results-oriented time management.
Repair of electronic boards
Analysis of measurements in tests                           
Failure analysis of measuring instruments
Ability to interpret test and product specifications 
Interpretation of schematics and competent in the design of PCB layout, applications and devices.
