Duties

Wstępna wycena inwestycji na bazie planów, projektów koncepcyjnych, opracowanych wskaźników oraz dokumentacji wykonawczej;
Wykonywanie przedmiarów i kalkulacji prac budowlanych na potrzeby ofertowania;
Analiza dokumentacji pod kątem poprawności przyjętych rozwiązań oraz ich zgodności z wymaganiami Inwestora;
Negocjacje cenowe z podwykonawcami;
Współpraca z wykonawcami, projektantami;
Wizje lokalne w celu weryfikacji zakresu i potrzebnych zmian.
