Obowiązkowe

Wykształcenie wyższe:
Mechanika i Budowa Maszyn elektrotechnika
Języki obce:
język angielski, Biegły
Inne wymagania :
• Knowledge of 3D CAD and 2D CAD system with 1 to 3 years of experience is required • Experience with design in NX is preferred • Excellent computer skills (Microsoft Office, Excel). • Excellent communication skills and ability to work with a distributed team • Fluent in the English language.

• Experience with design in COMOS or E3.Series (will be an advantage). • Experience with SAP Spheridon and/or Atlas is preferred(will be an advantage).

Zakres zadań

Layout and design rotating reciprocating compressors packages based on detailed customer and engineering requirements. 
Design mechanical systems including structural base frames, instrumentation, and piping systems
Produce 3D model of package, incorporating internal and supplier designs
Produce general arrangement drawings based on customer requirements
Produce assembly and sub-assembly drawings and related bills of material
Produce fabrication and weldment drawings and related bills of material
Ensures that the highest engineering and drafting standards are maintained during the design and manufacture of these products
Gives design input to the responsible engineer for the project based on industry/technical knowledge of the system design.  
Ensures that all drawings comply with industry, departmental, and discipline standards
 Knowledge about the Geometrical Dimensioning and tolerance as per ASME Y 14.5 standard
Supports production operations by troubleshooting drawings                    
Prevents future design errors by being involved in the design review process as well as being involved with the correction of project non-conformances
Close co-ordination with other functional department of the company & suppliers to meet technical requirements & timely execution of the order
Corrective actions, Preventive actions and developing systems & procedures for continual improvement of current designing and drafting practices.
