Zakres zadań

Ordering of required goods in SAP according to the order initiation of the local users/cost centers.
Carrying out inquiries, bid evaluations, and award negotiations
Preparation of tender documents together with the requirement specification
Price negotiations with suppliers to achieve the best price/performance ratio
Grouping of requirements into collective orders
Determination and negotiation of framework agreements for recurring requirements
Purchasing Support for other plants e.g. master data maintenance in SAP, administration of other purchasing tools, and creation of standard reports according to specifications
Administration of master data for the Supply Chain International division
Regular price review and monitoring of framework and service agreements for construction services, house cleaning, waste disposal, canteen, copying service, etc.
Drawing up contracts for work and services for buildings (extension and conversion measures) and development
Procurement of auxiliary and operating materials via SAP and securing the material master data in SAP for recording the safety data sheets
Analysis and optimization of process flows in the purchasing department of the location

Okres trwania rekrutacji nie może być dłuższy niż 6 miesięcy. W przypadku przesłania CV poza okresem trwania rekrutacji, dane osobowe będą przechowywane nie dłużej niż 6 miesięcy od dnia jego otrzymania.
