Zakres zadań

Job Summary: As a Site Officer - Field Engineer, you will oversee daily operations on-site, ensuring all activities adhere to our stringent safety and efficiency standards. You will play a key role in troubleshooting on-site issues, supervising technical operations, and liaising with clients and team members to ensure seamless project execution.
Key Responsibilities:
Monitor schedules and supervise both blue-collar workers and subcontractors with the help of a Site Manager.
Oversee field operations, provide technical support, and address on-site challenges swiftly.
Ensure site safety and operational efficiency, complying with all relevant regulations.
Manage and issue badges for new team members, conduct daily badge checks, and monitor site presence.
Prepare detailed cost estimates, approve project designs, and handle contract preparations.
Maintain accurate documentation of hours, progress, and expenditures to keep all stakeholders informed.
Coordinate equipment and machine rental, maintenance, installation, and oversight.
Mitigate risks, ensure compliance, and evaluate the environmental impact of site activities.
Receive transports, check the status of orders, and ensure order accuracy against drawings.
Prepare and submit comprehensive reports to superiors and other key stakeholders.
Prepare documentation for contractors and visitors to enable site entry.
