Zakres zadań

Manage service operation for Product Lifecycle Management  platform described below:
Run time helpdesk support Involves support activities pertaining to the end user requests pertaining to the above-mentioned Engineering Application portfolio for L1 and L2 i.e. Business Admin activities
Run time Application Infra support involves support activities pertaining to the availability and performance of Application infrastructure like servers, vaults and related aspects for L1 and L2 i.e. System Admin activities
Run time Technical support involves L 3 support activities pertaining to the technical aspects like bug fixing, advance configurations and minor customizations up to 80 hours/ month or lower based on L1 and L2 ticket volume for respective month 
Application Footprint Enhancement Support Involves identification of potential business process areas for automation which can be transformed using existing managed service bandwidth with flexible resourcing (Ramp up Ramp Down) model
You will provide support on ARAS Innovator PLM Software for the end users. End users will select the ticket category as the L1, L2 or L3 based on the type of work. The type of work will be as below:
L1 Support Basic PLM customer issues such as solving usage problems such as                                     
1. Updating Parts & CAD Documents for Revisions, State, Name, Description, WaterMark
2. Updating Change Items such as PR, ECR & ECN
3. Access Provisioning   
4. Adding New Parts & CAD Documents 
5. Resolving UI related & Login Issues
6. Training Related Queries
L2 Experienced and knowledgeable PLM Specialist assess issues and provide solution for problems that cannot be handled by Tier 1.
1. Deleting Part, CAD Document, PR, ECR & ECN etc
2. Promoting Lyfecycle using CAD Admin Role
3. Delegating Workflow tasks
4. Conducting PLM Training   
5. Troubleshooting the issues coming from L1 Category
L3 Access to the highest technical resources available for problem resolution or new feature creation.
Tier 3 technicians attempt to duplicate problems and define root causes, using product designs, code, or specifications.                                 
1. Updating existing functionality with Configuration/Customization Changes
2. Adding New Enhancement using Configuration/Customization
3. Resolving software related bugs by Coordinating with Vendors
4. Resolving IT related issues by Coordinating with Client IT
5. Onboarding new divisions
6. Troubleshooting the issues coming from L2 Category
