Zakres zadań

Collecting Multi-Disciplinary input to update the schedule
Creating simple schedule and understanding relationships between activities
Identification of delay in the schedule and preparing mitigation plan
Highlighting Critical Path, Risks & Project opportunities to senior members of the Project / Programme Team
Coordinating progress and interfaces between the various project disciplines
Processing technical, financial and staffing information, making connections and presenting the data in the form of transparent reports and diagrams
Generation of any Ad Hoc reports required
