Zakres zadań

Modify and debug programs written in (e.g.) Visual C/C++, C#, Visual Basic, LabView, BT Basic, Pascal
Develop code to manage medium complexity test modules
Capable of creating functions/methods to work with instruments (DLLs NI, Agilent, Victor Etc.)
Able to understand and create Robot programs with application in the test equipment (Mitsubishi RT Toolbox)
Able to understand and modify PLC programs with application in the test equipment
Develop code, functions and libraries to manage communication interfaces and integrate them in the test systems (HW & SW)
Analize and finds solutions of medium complexity (communication frames, specification of commands, use of toolboxes)
Advanced knowledge of at least one test sequencers (Agilent TestExecSL, MCD, NI TestStand, etc)
Project management of complete projects on all faces that involve TE. Interact with other areas LM, PQM, R&D, Manufacturing, EHS, Mechanical design, Automation etc.
Managing of external modules from the test sequence (e.g. : MES system, External Quality tools)
Develop/configure (HW and SW) vision systems for new equipment/modifies existing ones.
Configure a HW/SW of the Vision system : Camera setup, light selection, lens selection, framegrabber specification, Vision Pro jobs, debugging of Vision issues.
Intermediate level of handling measurement instruments.
Create algorithms, sequences, procedures based on metrology concepts
Develops HW for test equipment (at least two TE technologies), design of schematics and wiring specification diagrams.
Analyze and validate HW components based on the product/equipment design.
Responsible for reaching the quality targets of the specific process. Using MSA / MCA / PCA for Capacity analysis (cpk)
